Owner and operator, Mill Street Art Gallery, Metamora, Indiana, 1974-83

Director, Secondary Division; coordinated Secondary Art Education in 18 states of the Western region; organized and supervised volunteer members for workshops; recruitment of membership; political salesmanship of art education in state legislative and local levels.

President, Delaware county Council for the Arts; Chaired Board of Directors; opened administrative office staffed with Director and Assistant Director; authored grants; politically active; initiated fund-raising campaigns; increased from $10,000 to $100,000 budget.

Executive Treasurer, Art Education Association of Indiana; financial budgeting and management; membership of 3000; established double-entry bookkeeping; served on Board of Directors; responsible for increased gain through wise investment of monies on hand; monitored cash flow for three conventions.
